Graduated from the University of Ibadan in 1986 with a combined Honours 1st degree in Political Science/Philosophy. Obtained a post - graduate diploma in Journalism in 1988. Worked in Sales at UTC. In Administration at Nigerian Mining Corporation. Reported on Politics, Labour, Advertising/Marketing for the Financial Post which he left in 1991 to join RosabelLeoBurnett.

Won the maiden RosabelLeoBurnett Client Service Staff of the Year Award in 1993. Won the RosabelLeoBurnett overall Staff of the Year Award in 1994. Left RosabelLeoBurnett as Associate Director, Client Service in April 2003, after 12 years of exemplary service to the agency. A consummate relationship builder, while at RosabelLeoBurnett, he had responsibilities for co-driving the marketing function of the agency. With considerable brand management experience, he oversaw the day to day management of the following accounts:

He’s undergone intense training locally and abroad. He’s a member of the Advertising Practitioners Council (APCON), and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS).
